Muy bonito lugar. El paseo en lancha no es muy costoso, el guarapo, refrescante, la naturaleza maravillosa. Ofrecen almuerzo con pescado de la laguna. No me gustó el volumen de la música, encima, diferente en cada local; forman un ruido estrepitoso que nos sacó corriendo.

La Charca de Guarinocito situada en el corregimiento de Guarinocito en el kilómetro 14 vía Honda-La Dorada, en el departamento de Caldas a 148 msnm.la cual es una madrevieja, antiguo cauce del río Magdalena; formado por la acción erosiva, siendo considerado el humedal más importante del municipio. La Charca de Guarinocito fue declarada Distrito de Manejo Integrado y área de protección y conservación ambiental, por al Acuerdo 0068 de 1988 y la Resolución 197 del mismo año, en conjunto con otros espejos de agua pertenecientes al valle del rio Magdalena, los meses con mayor precipitación son octubre-noviembre y abril mayo, mientras los meses más secos son junio-julio y enero-febrero. Tiene una longitud máxima de 3000 m y 250 m de ancho en su parte mayor, una profundidad promedio de 2,5 m en verano y 4,5 m en invierno; su perímetro se ha calculado en 6.100 m y su espejo de agua en 34,6 ha. Las márgenes del humedal están habitadas por pobladores que se dedican a la pesca, ganadería y actividades turísticas, entre otras. Es por esta razón que pueden observarse áreas de potreros para ganado vacuno y centros recreativos en el perímetro de la charca. (Corpocaldas) Cuenta con una gran riqueza de fauna y flora, tiene senderos, se puede hacer recorridos en canoa, ideal para el avistamiento de aves por su gran variedad de especies, muchos sitios como bares, restaurante, para disfrutar en familia. Falta más control en el manejo de los residuos y el exceso de ruido, música a todo volumen y no se puede disfrutar de la tranquilidad y los sonidos de la naturaleza.
